●Japan Delivery
You can check the delivery status on the day of delivery. A link to check the delivery status is shown next to each product in the order confirmation e-mail. A delivery slip number (Tracking number) will be assigned a few days after the order is received. Once a delivery slip number is assigned, the link will take you directly to the delivery status confirmation page of either Kuroneko Yamato or Pelican. Please note, however, that until the product has been shipped, the message "Tracking Number Not Registered" will be displayed.
●Delivery within Bangkok
Our messenger will deliver directly to you.
Return Policy
As a general rule, we do not accept product returns due to the nature of the product,
except in the case of defective quality, etc.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the store in the case of defective quality or delivery
of a product different from the one ordered.
In other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
About Payment
Currently, only bank transfer (Thai account) is available, but if you are from overseas,
please contact us first.
For those living in Bangkok, payment at our shop (Central World) or collection in person
are also available. Please contact us.
