  • What are the benefits of registering for an account?
    If you register your e-mail address (and password) when you place your first order, the next time you place an order, you will only need to enter your e-mail address (and password) to retrieve the information of the client and multiple recipients that you entered the first time. This eliminates the need to enter the same information over and over again, making repeat orders more convenient.
  • I forgot my My Page password. What should I do?
    From "Forgot Password" on the login screen Please enter your e-mail address and send it to us. You will receive an email to reset your password.
  • Is there a shipping fee in addition to the product price?
    The product price includes the delivery fee to Japan. We do not charge any fees other than the product price.
  • The price is in Thai baht, can I order from overseas?
    Yes, it is possible. Currently, only bank transfers are accepted, but if you are from overseas, please contact us first. The price includes tax and shipping costs.
  • Can I specify a delivery date?
    You can specify the delivery date after the one week from the date of your order. However, some products (fresh mango and fresh mangosteen) cannot be specified for delivery. Please check the product details.
  • Can I specify the color of the flowers in an orchid set?
    As a rule, you cannot specify the color of the orchids in each set, because each set has a specific mix of varieties. Also, the mixed varieties may differ from those shown in the photos depending on the season.
  • What happens if the recipient is not at the delivery address?
    If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will leave an absence slip in the mailbox, and the package will be temporarily stored at our sales office. As soon as the recipient returns, please contact the business office indicated on the absence slip for re-delivery. If there is a possibility that the recipient will be absent for an extended period of time, we ask that you confirm this in advance before placing your order. If we are unable to deliver the product on the scheduled delivery date due to the recipient's absence, and we are unable to contact the recipient by phone for 3 days afterwards, the product may be returned to us. In this case, please note that you will be charged for the merchandise.
  • What happens if the recipient has moved?
    If we discover that the recipient has moved, we will immediately notify the client of the change of address and forward the package to the new address, but delivery will be delayed for a few days. In addition, due to a change in Yamato Transport regulations after June 1, 2023, we will ask the customer to pay a separate delivery fee from the delivery address indicated on the invoice to the new delivery address. This is due to the fact that the delivery address may have been entered incorrectly, or due to long-term absence or change of address, etc, If your package is forwarded to an address different from the one on the invoice due to an incorrectly entered delivery address, long-term absence, or relocation, you will be charged for the delivery charge at the forwarding address, If the package is forwarded to an address different from that on the invoice due to an incorrectly entered delivery address or long-term absence or relocation, the customer will be asked to pay the shipping cost on delivery. <Note for gift items Forwarding a gift to a new address due to the recipient's change of address or incorrect address is the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that the recipient is responsible for payment.   • Can I check the delivery status?
    We will send your delivery slip number to you by e-mail at a later date. You can check the delivery status on the day of delivery from our website. However, please note that the status of your order will be displayed as "slip number not registered" until the product is shipped.
  • Can you deliver outside of Bangkok?
    Yes, we can. In Bangkok and its suburbs, we do not charge a delivery fee, but instead require orders to be over a certain amount. The amount varies depending on the location, so please contact us for details. (e.g. Pattaya - 5,000 Baht or more, etc.)
  • Can I order arrangements other than the products on your website?
    Yes, you can. For example, you can leave it to us and tell us what you want, such as "a pretty bouquet in pink, 1500 Baht," or you can tell us your specific request and we can create an original product for you!   • Can I place an order for same-day or next-day delivery?
    Since we order and receive new flowers after receiving an order, there is a possibility that the desired flowers will not arrive in time for delivery if the order is placed last minute. However, if you do not specify any particular flowers (e.g., "I don't care about the kind of flowers, so I want a bouquet for mix 1,000B," etc.), we may be able to do so, so please contact us through "Contact Us" before placing an order.
