Due to the quarantine certificate issuance fee, take-home gift boxes will be delivered to Bangkok and quarantine certificate will be issued for orders over 1,000 Baht. When ordering this item, please order two or more boxes of 40stems, or order it together with other boxes of 20 or 30 stems.
 
(Customers who are taking the gift box home to a foreign country other than Japan do not need a quarantine certificate. In that case, bangkok delivery is available with a minimum purchase of 700 Baht.

As of October 1, 2018, all plants, including orchids, cannot be brought into Japan as baggage without a quarantine certificate due to Japan's stricter plant quarantine regulations.
We can provide quarantine certificates, but due to the time required to obtain them, we ask that you place your order at least one week prior to the delivery date.  We will obtain a quarantine certificate and attach it to your flowers.
A fee is charged to obtain a quarantine certificate, but the price of the product includes the fee.
Cancellation after the certificate has been issued will be subject to a 100 Baht issuance fee.

The earliest delivery date is 2 days after your order is placed.
